Our friendly and supportive tutors will work with you to find out which areas you would like to improve and put together an individual plan. There will also be a chance to study for a nationally recognised qualification.
We run courses in the daytime and evening. If you do not have a minimum grade of C in English at GCSE, then this course is freethen you can study this course for free, if you have already obtained a grade 4 (C) or higher the fees are £450 for UK students and £774 for international students
How you'll learn and be assessed
You will gain a national qualification at the appropriate level. Improving your English skills can give you the confidence to help you reach your individual goals, whether it be helping your children with their homework, moving into employment or gaining further qualifications.
You can:
- improve your spelling, punctuation and grammar
- improve your reading and writing skills
- improve your English skills for everyday life and work
Entry requirements
You will be asked to complete and online initial assessment to identify which course is right for you. Most students complete this activity successfully. It is a good idea to spend some time on BBC Bitesize GCSE website to brush up your skills beforehand.
Students need to make a firm commitment to attend for the whole course.
