This is part of a series of courses covering different appliances. This course has been developed specifically for operatives who currently work in the industry. Assessment is provided for each individual appliance required by the candidate to prove their competence in the areas they wish to work in. This course provides an extension to the range of work that you can carry out.
You will be assessed in the areas of safety, legislation, installation and maintenance of the chosen appliance, ensuring you know the approved codes of practice.
This course is designed for operatives whose qualification has lapsed more than 12 months, who have appliance modules with different expiry dates to their CCN1 certificate, or who wish to add other appliances to their CCN1 certificate.
Please note: Courses will only run when sufficient numbers are enrolled.
Course duration: half a day.
How you'll learn and be assessed
On successful completion you will be awarded a qualification to work on the appliance you have been assessed on.
Entry requirements
You need to hold CCN 1 and CPA 1.
